WARDJet carries complete spare standby controllers that could be shipped to a customer in the event of a major issue. We have also negotiated with CMC that they carry all support for their products. So you can go direct to the manufacturer or give us a call. Simple. Easy. CMC controllers also feature remote access if permitted by your system manager. Detailed diagnostics can be done remotely from CMC offices along with software upgrades and repairs to some extent.
