When cutting large numbers of holes, it could be a lot quicker to cut the hole with the waterjet to close tolerances, and then use a reamer to bring the hole to final size. The WARDJet Pneumatic Reamer can be automatically configured to do this with ease. In order to use this tool, you will need to provide an air compressor capable of 25 cfm at 90 psi.
