Everything about this system is efficient and easy-to-use. The flat, rigid design can eliminate movement of parts during cutting.
If you cut heavier, thicker materials this grating and clamping system is designed for you. Made from ½" thick steel these grates can support your heaviest materials.
The unique design of these plastic bricks drains water away from the cutting area while reducing back-spray during cutting. The specially designed polypropylene materials resist delamination or loss of shape.
Concrete grates are an ideal choice for tile or granite slabs. They provide full support for material and allow for cutting of small parts without them falling into the tank.
Increase your cutting efficiency and revenue with reduced loading time by using the WARDJet External Loading Platform (ELP). Load and unload your work on the ELP while your machine is still cutting.
The height sensor reduces the chance of breaking a nozzle by keeping the cutting head a set distance above your material.
This option allows you to program the height of the cutting head along with the shape being cut in the X and Y direction.

This device can be used to accurately and quickly line up the edge of a sheet, locate off of the center of a hole, digitize a large part, and locate off of two holes in a large sheet.

Print part numbers and critical information directly onto your material. This printer is mounted on the Z-carriage next to the waterjet cutting head.
This unit removes abrasive and kerf material from the waterjet tank – nearly eliminating the need to dig or clean out the tank. This is the front end of the WARD Pro.
WARDJet recommends that additional nozzles, orifices, and seal kits be ordered prior to installation.
Components will vary based on pump selected. These kits include specialized tools for doing maintenance work on your pump.
The WARDJet pneumatic drill allows a hole to automatically be drilled through the material at a specific offset from the waterjet cutting head.
Automatically thread a hole without ever having to take your material off the table.
When cutting a large number of holes, cutting the hole with the waterjet to close tolerances and then using a reamer to bring the hole to final size could be a much quicker option.
The 2300 lb Hopper allows an operator to run the machine for more than one 8 hour shift without adding abrasive.

An even larger bulk feed hopper is also available. Additional options to the bulk feed hoppers include low-level sensors to alert you when abrasive is low, and custom color paint.
This option allows the pump to be switched on and off from within the program and activated from the controller.

The filtered water leaving the WRS-3000 has a quality better than most tap water, thus increasing pump seal life and the life of your high pressure components.
The WARD PRO will give you good reusable abrasive that will save you money and resouces. You will reduce waste and cost with this innovative and effective solution.
The Drum Abrasive Recycling system is designed specifically to process recycled abrasive into the WARD Pro. You can put up to 4000 lbs of abrasive / waste material into the DART (top unit) which removes large particles such as material drops, off cuts, tools that may have fallen into the tank, etc.
WARDCAM is a powerful, yet simple package for quickly turning DXF files into CNC code for the waterjet. WARDCAM removes the complexity of many CAD/CAM packages by utilizing context sensitive menus to walk you through the process.
Our nesting software allows the nesting of many complex parts into one part program. You can cut a larger number of parts with a sufficient reduction in material waste.
This option provides you with sign making capabilities including TTF, CXF and SHX font support and raster to vector conversions. A full demonstration of this software´s capabilities is available via WebEx® with a WARDJet staff member anytime.
The floating network license lets you install the software license on a server for networked computers to access and share.
One license for our CAD/CAM Software comes standard with a purchase of a WARDJet waterjet. Additional licenses are available for an additional cost.
