WARDJet Controllers
WARDJet offers 3 main controllers with their waterjets, the X-Classic, the XL and the Burny LCD 10. If
you elect to use the Burny LCD 10 controller, it is always possible to upgrade to the XL or the full X-Series

Upgrade from the BURNY® LCD-10 Plus to the WARDJet X-Series multiple axis controller
Every single customer / partner that already owns a WARDJet waterjet is able to upgrade their existing Z-Series waterjet to
operate as a fully functional X-Classic, 5 axis waterjet system whenever the need arises. We have not left a single
customer / partner behind. If you don't need the full capacity of the X-Classic now, but want to be ready - we offer the
'ZXA upgrade' that will set you up to be as ready as possible for this upgrade for when you see the opportunity to go to 5
axis cutting.
Controller Retrofits
In order to provide ongoing service and support to users of ALL waterjet systems, WARDJet offers retrofits of our XL Controller to nearly any waterjet machine, including your Calypso. Our custom Job Shop Grating System can also be installed in your existing waterjet machine in order to provide you with a 100% Turn-Key solution. We offer service and support from highly qualified technicians who have many years of experience with a variety of waterjet cutting systems. Our controller and grating system will allow you to extend the capabilities of your waterjet system more than you have ever dreamed possible.
