Absolutely everything we do has a custom feel to it. Small adjustments here and there are made for every customer. Since every customer has a different application we optimize our waterjets to fit you instead of you having to fit your waterjet.

Custom Manufacturing Systems

Richard Ward explains some of the finer details of what goes into the development of a custom manufacturing system.

ZXL-45-5 With Rotary Axis and Height Probe

These ZXL-45's both feature a rotary axis, allowing for the rotation of the material 360 degrees for the cutting of round or oddly shaped material. An optional height probe has been added to one such ZX-45 to allow the waterjet to identify the absolute center point in an extruded material in order to precisely split the part in half. This probe is able to remove human error in the splitting of the parts as well as greatly increase efficiency by eliminating the need to measure parts by hand.

An additional feature to these custom machines, a pneumatic baffle system has been added in order to quickly raise and lower the water level in the tank for easy loading and unloading of parts.
