The Biggest and Baddest

The Z-3064 offers many of the same advantages as the flagship Z-2543 waterjet with an extended cutting area and extra strength beams and ballscrews. As the largest Z-Series ever manufactured at WARDJet, the Z-3064 features a cutting envelope of 21 feet by 10 feet. Z-3064 waterjets utilize 4040 ballscrews on each side beam and a helical rack and split pinion on the crossbeam which ensures accuracy across the additional length of gantry. To make the Z-3064 crossbeam as rigid as possible, it was designed with double the height of steel tubing than standard Z-Series waterjets.
