They had traditionally used a die-cutter to mass produce gaskets, but this did not provide the ability to change designs without significant cost. They needed manufacturing technology that could unlock this opportunity.

Our WARDJet H-Series breezes through rubber and foam with ease. The easy-to-use controller enabled our client to change cut designs whenever needed. Our unique stainless steel sloped tank design makes waste removal easy and reduces downtime. Lastly, our client dramatically increased productivity using dual cutting heads and multiple layers of material.
